Mark Leputa’s sculptures evoke mountains, glaciers, shells and sea creatures! The pieces are facetted, carved and highly polished. His multiple colored and patterned glass sculptures stand beside his elegant monochromatic pieces in dazzling blue, yellow, green and intense pink. Mark heats and blows glass to the shape he wants, then allows it to cool in order to carve texture and layers into the piece. The resulting sculptures, created with great precision, bring a fascinating experience to the viewer.
